Recurring Bookings for WooCommerce is not currently available for purchase by the general public. If you are a developer, who would like to use the plugin for a client, please get in touch using our contact form.

Existing customers are not affected by this update and will receive support as standard.

Do you offer multi-site licences?

Yes we do (and they’re heavily discounted)! When the checkout screen opens you can choose between a range of site options under ‘Plan Selected’ at the top. If you have any other requirements, please get in touch via our support page.

Can I use my licence in a development environment?

Generally yes. All our licences come with an additional one you can use within a development environment, for free. This means that if you develop using a localhost domain, or TLDs/subdomains that are clearly development environments (*.dev, *.local etc) you will be good to go.

If you have any questions, or cannot get a development licence to work, just let us know.

Do you offer refunds?

Absolutely. If during the next 30 days you experience an issue that makes the plugin unusable and we are unable to resolve it, we’ll happily consider offering a full refund of your money.

  • 3rd party conflict
  • You discover a better alternative
  • You changed your mind
Will it work with my theme?

Recurring bookings has been tested using multiple themes and environments. As long as the theme you choose is well-coded and adheres to WordPress standards, the plugin will work.

However, we can’t test with every theme, so if you run into any issues, just let us know. Sometimes we have to make really minor tweaks to make the plugin play perfectly with others. Which we love doing.

Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every year, unless you cancel it. If you do decide to cancel it, your licence will still be valid for the paid-for period; this means you will still receive updates and support during that time.

What support do you offer?

Lots! But within reason. We can’t build your whole site for you. To find out more, head to our Support Policy.
